The reason we create custom profiles is so that we can better match what we see on screen to the printed output. By default every printer will vary slightly even if the same make and model is used. By creating a profile for your printer using the exact ink and paper you used to print the charts, we can utilize the full capabilities of your printer giving a far more accurate printout than a generic supplied profile.
